Returns Policy


Sleepers Mattresses & More carries quality products from major manufacturers. If there is a defect with any product received, Sleepers is happy to offer a 30 day exchange policy. (Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization code.)

If an item needs to be exchanged, please contact us first with the following information:

1) The purchase invoice number
2) The problem with the item

After this information has been received, Sleepers will contact you for any further information needed and then issue you with a return authorization code and exchange details.

Please note that returns must be sent freight prepaid. Any returns sent back to Sleepers without a return authorization code, or sent to Sleepers collect, will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. Returned products must be in original packaging, and cannot have been used in any way.

Please be sure to double check your order before you submit it to Sleepers. If you order the wrong colour or size, supply Sleepers with incorrect shipping or other needed information, returned items will unfortunately be subject to Sleepers' 15% restocking charge, and all freight charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
